Guest Editor Spot for Flavourmag

Back at the beginning of December 2014, I was asked by my boss at Flavourmag if I would like to be Guest Editor for the month of January 2015. Initially I thought eh? Me? But after a little thought about what i would bring to Flavour articles wise I got a little excited and accepted.
